Ingredients

We use high quality ingredients and where possible with the Rainforest Alliance Certified seal to help protect forests and support communities around the world. Below you will find a list of our basic ingredients. Additional ingredients specific to each flavour can be found on the product pages.

Dark chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar, milk fat, cocoa butter, emulsifier (ammonium phosphatides), flavouring.

Milk chocolate: Sugar, dried whole milk, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier (ammonium phosphatides), flavouring.

White chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, dried cream (milk), emulsifier (ammonium phosphatides), flavouring.

Plain flour: Wheat flour, Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin.

Gluten free flour: Rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat blend.

Cocoa powder.

Golden Caster Cane sugar.

Eggs.

Unsalted Butter.

Gel colouring (on some of our decorated brownies); sugar, glucose syrup, colouring, water, agar xanthan gum, citric acid, potassium sorbate.

Fondant icing (on some of our decorated brownies); sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, glycerol, fatty acids, xanthan gum, cellulose, potassium sorbate, flavouring.
